A family-owned specialty coffee micro-roaster and third-wave café rooted in Brooklyn. We source and roast a wide spectrum of exceptional coffees, from café favorites and approachable daily brews to distinctive micro-lots and experimental selections. Every coffee meets our high standards of quality, scoring 85 points or higher with 15 or fewer defects. Through hands-on education, community-driven events and experiences, wholesale partnerships, and consulting, we make specialty coffee more approachable while continuing to push it forward.
